ではゆっくりと練習してみましょう
        
まず右手をあげて4回まわして
 下げて、合わせて、

そのまま上げて、下げる
胸の前で大きく2回まわして
      
開いて、上げて、

指を握りながら降ろしてくる。
 そう、良い感じよ  
これを3回繰り返したら、頭の上でクロス
くるっと回して、握って、4回たたいて
          
 開いて、右手を下げて、左手を下げる。

 そう、分かった？
 じゃあ続けるわよ     
 右手を挙げて
       
4回まわして
上げて下げて2回大きく回す 
開いてあげて下げる、もう一度
            
クロス、アップダウン、2回回して   
開いて上げて降ろす、もう一度
      
クロス、上げて下げて回して
開いて、次は頭の上でクロス
            
4回叩いて開いて、右、左
そうよ、ではいいかしら？
音楽に合わせて行くわよ
